Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to consumers: natural persons acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession. It does not restrict mandatory rights that may apply in another case.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for a Metadancer Images digital image licence within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Oliver Marquardt – Business Consultant, Kleine Witschgasse 8, 50676 Cologne, Germany, email hello@metadancer-images.com, by a clear statement (for example, an email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment unless we expressly agree otherwise. No fee will be charged for that reimbursement.

Immediate digital delivery

A Metadancer Images purchase provides a digital image licence and download without a physical medium. At checkout, a consumer can expressly request that delivery begin immediately after payment and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins. Where the statutory requirements for early expiry are not met, the withdrawal right remains unaffected. This acknowledgement is not a waiver by a business customer and does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
